PT, DPT
Dr. Karilee Schlarman
She / Her / Hers
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Kari is a pelvic floor physical therapist who believes movement is medicine and pelvic health shouldn’t hold you back. She helps patients better understand their bodies, move with confidence, and get back to the things they love.

ABOUT
Kari found pelvic health during PT school and quickly realized how much of the conversation around pelvic health was missing. She saw how many people were navigating pain, pregnancy and postpartum changes, fertility concerns, and pelvic floor symptoms without knowing that they were common, treatable, and worth talking about.
Her approach is rooted in movement and helping patients feel confident in their own bodies. Kari works with postpartum patients, athletes, people living with chronic pain, and anyone looking to better understand their pelvic health. As a mom herself, Kari has a personal appreciation for the physical and emotional changes that come with pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She believes the goal of pelvic health care isn’t just to feel better, but to get back to doing the things that make you feel like yourself.
Outside the clinic, Kari loves staying active through CrossFit, yoga, Pilates, and weightlifting. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, baby, and their two dogs, Booker and Goldie.
